On August 2nd, ACI, a subsidiary and renewable energy development platform of Genertec CMC, signed the closing documents at the notary in Milan, which marks the acquisition of the whole 235MW GreenGo portfolio. Mr. Zhu Zhenmin, Vice President of Genertec CMC and Chairman of ACI, was invited to attend the closing event. All the grid access rights and land agreements of the GreenGo portfolio have been successfully secured, and the sole authorization filing has been initiated with the authorities.

This new portfolio will bring ACI’s total greenfield renewable projects capacity to 500MW in Italy, which lays a solid foundation for Genertec CMC to open the new market in Europe and achieve its clean energy goal.
